*Banana Boats ripe bananas (enough for each person to have one) gluten-free marshmallows (mini ones work best, but large ones are fine too) chocolate bars or chips
Make a cut in the banana from the top to the bottom without going through the bottom skin. Stuff the banana full of chocolate squares and marshmallows. Wrap securely in tinfoil and set in coals. Let cook until chocolate and marshmallows are just melted - not too long or else it is a sticky mess. Unwrap and eat out of the peel with a spoon. A fun campfire treat!
