Wildfire Chicken Salad Recipe
Wildfire Chicken Salad Dressing: 1/2 c - barbecue sauce 1/2 c - ranch dressing Salad: lettuce canned corn, drained tomatoes, diced green onions, diced shredded Monterey Jack cheese grilled chicken strips, diced tortilla strips
Layer lettuce, corn, tomatoes, green onions, chicken strips, cheese, then tortilla strips. Top with dressing or serve dressing on the side. To make the tortilla strips, take four or more flour tortillas and cut them in strips. Put strips in a single layer on a greased cookie sheet. Bake until golden and crisp, about 5 to 10 minutes.
