Rhubarb Fluff Recipe
Rhubarb Fluff 4 c - rhubarb, diced graham crackers, crushed 1 env - gelatin in 1/4 c. cold water 1 c - sugar 1 c - cream, whipped
Cut in rhubarb in small pieces, cover with sugar and simmer until rhubarb falls apart. Remove from heat and add gelatin which has been dissolved in cold water. Chill until mixture begins to jell, then fold in whipped cream. Put in cake pan with graham cracker crumbs on bottom and top. Note: Melt some butter (1/4 cup) to mix with your graham crackers. Use how ever many graham crackers you want with your fluff.
