One Carrot Cake Mix makes one 9"X9" cake.
Recipe:
Mix 1lb mix with 1 cup water and 1/4 cup oil. Mix well, pour in a greased 9"X9" baking pan. Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes. Tastes great with cream cheese icing.
