Description
 
5 med - potatoes
1/4 cup - butter
2 cups - shredded cheddar cheese, divided
3/4 cup - sour cream
1 env - ranch dressing mix
1 tbsp - snipped chives
1 clove - garlic, minced
chopped green onion
fried and crumbled bacon

Bake  potatoes at 400° for 1 hour or until tender. Cut each potato in half lengthwise. Scoop out the pulp, leaving a thin shell. Beat the pulp with butter. Stir in 1 cup of cheese, sour cream, dressing mix, chives and garlic. Spoon into potato shells. Sprinkle remaining cheese, onion and bacon on top. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 375° for 15-20 minutes. Serves: 10 People.

These are amazing!  the only thing i did different is I mixed the crumbled bacon in with my mixture.
