Description
Each mix makes one loaf of bread.
Recipe:
Dissolve 1 Tbsp. yeast in 1-1/4 cup water. Add to 1lb mix. Mix well at low speed. 8 minutes at medium speed. 30 minutes first rest time and 30 minutes second rest time. Proof 40 to 60 minutes. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
