Mix 1/2 cup water to bowl then add 1lb mix. Mix 1 minute on low speed, then 3 minutes on medium speed. Gradually add 1/4 cup water while mixing on low speed. Mix 2 minutes. Add 1/4 cup water and mix 1 minute on low speed. Pour into greased 9"X9" baking pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

Pour 3 cups cold milk into 6qt. mixing bowl. Using wire whip, gradually add 1lb. cheese cake mix. Mix on medium speed 1 minute. Scape down bowl and mix at medium speed for 2 minutes. Refrigerate for 1 hour or more.
