Recipe - Hamburgers
Our Price:  

2 lbs - ground beef
3 slices - bread (cubed or 1 cup toasted bread crumbs)
1/2 to 1 cup - rolled oats
1 cup - milk
2 - eggs (beaten)
1/4 cup - onion (chopped fine)
1 1/4 tsp - salt
1/4 tsp - pepper
1/4 tsp - mustard
1/4 tsp - celery salt
1/4 tsp -garlic salt
1 tbsp - worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients and shape into hamburger patties and grill. Enjoy!

Recipe - To Soak Chicken to Barbecue
Our Price:  

1/3 cup - butter
1/2 cup - brown sugar
1/2 cup - vinegar
1 cup - water
1/4 tsp - seasoned salt
1 tbsp - soy sauce

Melt butter, add sugar, bring to a boil. Add rest of ingredients. Bring to a boil again. Then cool. Pour over chicken let soak overnight.

Recipe - Marinating Sauce for Chicken
Our Price:  

3/4 cup - soy sauce
1/4 cup - lemon juice
1/4 cup - mustard
1/2 tsp - season-all
2/3 cup - vegetable oil
1/4 cup - worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp - garlic powder

Mix well and pour over chicken. Marinate for at least 8 hours. Make delicious chicken breast!

Recipe - Marinade for Steak or Pork Chops
Our Price:  

1 1/2 cup - oil
1/4 cup - worcestershire sauce
2 1/4 tsp - salt
1/2 cup - wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp - parsley
3/4 cup - soy sauce
2 tbsp - dry mustard
1 tsp pepper
1/3 cup - realemon

Mix well. Soak meat, then barbecue.

Recipe - Marinated Pork Chops
Our Price:  

1/2 cup - vinegar
1 tsp - salt
1 sm - onion
1/2 cup - worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp - pepper
1 stick - melted butter
5-7 pork chops

Marinate for 1 day. Place pork chops on grill over hot coals, 10 minutes on each side.

Recipe - Marinating Sauce for Pork Chops

1 cup - soy sauce
1 tsp - dry mustard
3-6 - whole cloves
1/2 cup - salad oil
1 tsp - ginger
1 tsp - accent
3 - garlic (scant, about 1/2 tsp)

Mix and pour over pork chops or steak.

Recipe - Campfire Potatoes
Our Price:  

5 med - potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 med - onion
6 tbsp - butter or margarine
1/3 cup - shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp - minced fresh parsley
1 tbsp - worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup - chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste

Place the potatoes and onions on a large piece of heavy-duty foil (about 20" x 20"), dot with butter. Combine the cheese, parsley, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Sprinkle over potatoes and add broth. Seal the edges of foil well. Grill, covered, over medium coals for 35-40 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Yields 4-6 servings.

Recipe - Bar-B-Q Chicken

6 - chicken breasts
1 cup - crunchy peanut butter
1/3 cup - chopped cilantro (fresh coriander)
1/2 cup - kimlan soy sauce
1/4 cup - lemon juice
1/2 tsp - black pepper
1/4 cup - brown sugar
3/4 cup - salsa
1 1/2 tsp - salt
1/4 tsp - cayenne pepper
3 tbsp - minced garlic

In a bowl combine all ingredients except chicken. Mix well. Add chicken. Marinate about 8 hours or overnight. Barbeque.

Recipe - Steak Marinade Sauce
Our Price:  

1 cup - water
1/4 cup - oil
3/4 cup - soy sauce
1/4 cup - worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup - lemon juice
salt
pepper

Mix all together and pour over steak. Let set for a couple hours of overnight. They are the best if grilled over a hot open fire or hot grill.

Recipe - Barbeque Sauce for Chicken

1/2 cup - salt
1 pt - vinegar
1 qt - salad oil
1 tbsp - oregano
2 tbsp - worcestershire sauce
18 lb - chicken

Mix together and soak chicken overnight. Barbeque the next day.

Recipe - Meat Marinade Beef & Venison
Our Price:  

1 cup - water
1/2 cup - oil
1 oz - soy sauce
1/4 cup - lemon juice
1 oz - worcestershire sauce
1 oz - prepared mustard
1/2 tsp - garlic salt

Mix ingredients together and stir. Pour over meat. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight. Cook meat on grill till done. You may baste meat with sauce too.

Recipe - Spicey Burgers

Recipe - Grilled Shrimp

1/2 lb - cooked and deveined shrimp
1/4 lb - butter, cubed
1 - garlic clove, minced
2 tsp - worcestershire sauce
seasoning salt
parsley flakes

Mix all ingredients together and wrap in heavy duty foil. Grill until heated through, about 20 minutes.

Recipe - Grilled Mushrooms

1/2 lb - whole fresh mushrooms (medium size works bes)
1/4 cup - butter, melted
1/2 tsp - dill weed
1/2 tsp - garlic salt

Thread mushrooms onto skewers. Combine butter, dill and garlic salt; brush over mushrooms. Grill over hot heat for 10-15 minutes. Yield: 4 servings.

Recipe - Fruit & Ham Kabobs

2-2 1/2 lbs - fully cooked ham, cut into 1 1/2" cubes
cherry tomatoes
pineapple slices, quartered
orange wedges, with peel

Sauce:
1/2 cup - extra hot ketchup
1/3 cup - orange marmalade
2 tbsp - finely chopped onion
2 tbsp - salad oil
1 tbsp - lemon juice
1 tsp - dry mustard

Thread ham and fruits alternately on skewers. For sauce, combine the remaining ingredients. Broil ham and fruit over low coals for 12-15 minutes, brushing often with sauce, turning skewers frequently during broiling. Yield: 6 servings.

Recipe - Hickory Smoked Cheeseburger

3 eggs - beaten
2 tbsp - liquied smoke
1 medium - onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup - crushed saltines (about 15)
1 tsp - salt
1/2 tsp - seasoning salt
1/2 tsp - seasoning blend
1/2 tsp - pepper
3 lb - ground beef
12 slices - american cheese
12 - hamburger buns (sesame seeded)
mayonnaise, lettuce leaves, tomato slices, pickle slices

Mix first eight ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture. Mix well. Shape into patties. Grill, covered, over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side. Top each burger with a cheese slice. Grill 1-2 minutes or until cheese begins to melt.

Recipe - Campfire Pizza
Our Price:  

1/4 lb - ground beef
1/2 tsp - salt
1/4 tsp - pepper
1 - onion, chopped
1-8oz can - refrigerated crescent rolls
1-8oz can - pizza sauce
1-4oz can - mushroom pieces and stems, drained and chopped
1/4 cup - chopped green peppers
1 cup - shredded mozzarella cheese

Brown ground beefa nd onion in a 11" - 12" cast-iron skillet over medium heat (campfire or grill). Season with salt and pepper; remove from pan. Pour off drippings from pan. Separate crescent dough into triangles; place in skillet with points toward the center to form a circle. Press edges together to form bottom crust and 1" up the side of pan. Spread half of the pizza sauce over the dough; spoon ground beef over sauce. Top with mushrooms and peppers. Pour remaining sauce over all and sprinkle with cheese. Cover tightly with foil. Cook 20-30 minutes or until crust is lightly browned.

Recipe - Meal In One
Our Price:  

potatoes, diced
carrots, sliced
onions, sliced
polish sausage, cut in 2" pieces
salt
pepper
cheddar cheese, shredded
peppers, cut in strips, optional
butter

Make a foil packet for each person. Put in enough potatoes, carrots, onions, peppers and sausages for one serving. Dab with butter and season with salt and pepper. Put a layer of shredded cheese over all. Wrap tightly, leaving air space for steam. Place on hot coals for 20-25 minutes or until vegtables are tender. Serve immediately. Delicious. All you need on a side is a salad and drink.

Recipe - Cattle Rustlers' Stew
Our Price:  

1 lb - bonelss chuck or roast
1 lb - potatoes, cut up
2 med - carrots, cut up
1 sm - onion, chopped
1 pepper, cut up

Cut beef into 1: pieces. Heat 1 Tbsp vegetable oil in a 12" skillet over medium flame. Place beef in skillet and brown for 15 minutes. Add 3 cups hot water, bell pepper and a dash of salt; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2 1/2 hours. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook 30 minutes more. Salt and pepper to taste. Yield: 4 servings.

Recipe - Camper's Breakfast Hash

1/4 cup - butter, cubed
2-20oz pkg - shredded hash browns
1-7oz pkg - Li'l smokies
1 sm - onion, chopped
1/4 cup - chopped green pepper
12 - eggs, lightly beaten
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup - shredded cheddar cheese

Melt butter in a large skillet. Add potatoes, sausage, onion and pepper. Cook uncovered over medium heat (grill or campfire) for 10-15 minutes, turning once. Push potato mixture to the sides of the pan. Pour eggs into center of pan. Cook and stir over medium heat until eggs are completely set. Season with salt and pepper. Stir eggs into potato mixture. Top with cheese and cook for 1-2 minutes longer. Yield: 8 servings.

Recipe - Campfire Pancakes

2 cups - sifted all-purpose flour
3 tbsp - sugar
1 tsp - salt
3 tsp - baking powder
2 - eggs, separated
1 3/4 cup - milk
4 tbsp - butter, melted

Sift dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Add egg yolks and milk, slowly beating it until batter is smooth. Then add melted butter and stiffly beaten egg whites. Heat hobo iron. Put in some butter or oil and pour in batter. Pancakes are done when lightly brown. Delicious to serve with your other campfire breakfast. Serves: 8 people.

Recipe - Donut Holes

1 tube - biscuits
butter, melted
cinnamon
sugar

Cut the refrigerated biscuits in thirds and roll each piece into a ball. String on skewers, leaving about 1/2" between balls. Bake over hot coals, turning constantly, until browned and completely done. At once push off skewers into melted butter. Mix cinnamon and sugar and roll balls in cinnamon-sugar mixuture. Eat right away.

Recipe - Scrum - Delicious Burgers
Our Price:  

1 1/2 lb - ground beef
3 Tbsp - finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp - garlic salt
1/2 tsp - pepper
1 c - shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 c - canned sliced mushrooms
6 - bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1/4 c - mayonnaise
6 - hamburger buns, split
lettuce leaves and tomato slices, optional

In a medium bowl, combine beef, onion, garlic salt and pepper; mix well. Shape into 6 patties 3/4" thick. In a small bowl, combine the cheese, mushrooms, bacon and mayonnaise; refrigerate. Grill burgers over medium-hot coals for 10-12 minutes, turning once. During the last 3 minutes, spoon 1/4 c. of the cheese mixture onto each burger. Serve on buns with lettuce and tomato, if desired.Yield: 6 servings.

Recipe - Coneys
Our Price:  

1 lb - hot dogs
shredded cheddar cheese
green peppers, chopped
chopped onion
Coney Sauce:
1 lb - hamburger
1/2 c - chopped onion
2 c - ketchup
1 c - tomato juice
4 Tbsp - brown sugar
4 Tbsp - cornstarch
salt and pepper to taste

To make coney sauce, fry the hamburger and onion until the onion is tender and the meat is no longer pink. Drain. Add the remaining ingredients. Cook and stir until heated and thickened. Cook or grill the hot dogs. Serve on hot dogs buns. Top with coney sauce, cheese, peppers and onion.
