Description
1 qt - small onions
2 qt - beans
2 qt - cucumbers
2 ct - green tomatoes
2 qt - carrots
6 - sweet peppers
3 bunches - celery
Cook all vegetables separately until soft, drain. Boil all together with dressing or mix and cold pack for several minutes until sealed.
Dressing:
2 qt - vinegar
4 tbsp - flour
2 tbsp - dry mustard
1 tsp - turmeric
4 cups - sugar
