Description
2 qt - milk
1 cup - flour
2 tsp - salt
1/4 cup - onion
1 tbsp - butter
1 - egg
Saute onion in butter. Add milk and salt, heat to boiling. Rub egg and flour together with fork - should be smaller than peas. Add to milk mixture. Boil 2 minutes.
