spice twigs
1 bottle - sassafras pappy
5lb - sugar
1 tsp - yeast
1 cup - water
Boil spice twigs for about 15 minutes in 2 qt water. Dissolve yeast in 1 cup water. Add enough water to make 5 gallons. Makes 40 (16oz) bottles.
