Description
1 qt - chicken broth
2 1/2 cups - potatoes, cubed
1-10 oz - bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 - onion, diced
1 cup - celery, chopped
2 cans - cream of chicken soup
1 lb - velveeta cheese
Cook vegetables in broth until soft. Add cream of chicken soup and cheese.
