Description
12 cups - cooked, shredded potatoes
1/4 cup - celery
12 - hard-boiled eggs
1/2 - med size onion, optional
Dressing
3 cups - miracle whip
6 tbsp - mustard
2 tsp - salt
1/4 cup - vinegar
2 1/2 cups - sugar
Cook potatoes in jackets, then peel and shred. Mix all ingredients. Makes 1 gallon.
