Description
2 cups - flour
1/2 cup - walnuts
1/2 cup - brown sugar
1/2 cup - butter
1 can - pineapple
8 oz - cream cheese
1 1/4 cups - riches topping
1 pkg - lime or orange jello
1 cup - sugar
Mix first 4 ingredients. Put in oblong pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Cool. Drain pineapple into saucepan and bring to a boil. Dissolve jello into juice and cool. Cream cream cheese and sugar. Blend into jello. Chill. Whip riches topping and put on top of crust.
