Chicken and Veggie Pinwheels
2 Cups Gerber Chicken, cooked and finely chopped
9 Pieces WC Regular Bacon, cooked and chopped (can subst. ¾ cup real bacon bits)
16 oz. WC Cream Cheese, room temp
3 Tbsp Milk
2 Cups WC Shredded Mild Cheddar
6 WC Burrito Style Flour Tortillas
3 Cups Broccoli and Cauliflower Florets, chopped (I used a blender to chop mine)
Cream the cream cheese and 2 T. milk together until smooth.
Blend in the chicken, bacon, broccoli and cauliflower.
Then add your last Tablespoon of milk and cheese and blend until ingredients are well incorporated.
Spread mixture over your tortillas then roll up and chill for 2-3 hours.
Once they’re set, slice to desired size and enjoy!
