Stuffed Green Pepper Soup

Ingredients
2 lbs. Ground Beef, browned
1 - 28oz Can Diced Tomatoes, undrained
2 Cups Cooked Rice
2 Cups Green Pepper, chopped
2 Beef Bouillon Cubes
¼ Cup Brown Sugar, packed
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground Pepper
Directions
Brown ground beef and drain.
Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer until green peppers are tender (about 35-40 minutes).
Recipe Note
Optional: Can add 1 can of Tomato Soup and 1 can of water.
