Ingredients
1½ lb Ground Beef
¾ Cup Quick Oats
1 Onion, chopped
1 Egg, slightly beaten
1½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper

1 18oz Jar WC Meatloaf Sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix together beef, quick oats, onion, egg, salt, pepper, and 1/2 cup of the Meatloaf Sauce.
Form mixture into a loaf and place it in a shallow pan.
Pour the rest of the jar of Meatloaf Sauce over the meatloaf and bake for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees, basting occasionally with the pan juices.
