Directions: In a saucepan, brown 1 lb ground beef, pork, or turkey. Drain grease. Mix 2 ½ cups water with ¾ cup soup mix in saucepan. Bring to a boil while stirring. Add 1 can of diced tomatoes. Return to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Remove from heat, cover and let steam 5 minutes before serving.
