Wendy's Apple Crisp
1 Cup Flour
¾ Cup Oats
1 tsp Cinnamon
½ Cup Margarine
4 Cups Peeled Apples, chopped or sliced
1 Cup Sugar
2 Tbsp Cornstarch
1 Cup Water
1 tsp Vanilla
Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
Cut in margarine until crumbly.
Press 1/2 of the mixture into a greased 9” square pan.
Top with apples.
In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, water, and vanilla.
Cook until thickened.
Pour over apples.
Top with remaining crumb mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Enjoy!
