• 1/4 Cup Apple Infused Balsamic Vinegar

• 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

• 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise

• 2 tsp Sugar

• 1 Tbsp Honey

• 1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice (aprox. 1/2 lemon)

• 1/2 tsp Fresh Dill, chopped

• Pinch of Salt

Salad Fixings

• Romaine

• Spinach

• Green Onion

• Cheddar or Parmesan Cheese, shredded

• Cheese Crisps

• Dried Cherries

• Dried Apricots, cut in 4 pieces

• 1/2 Honeycrisp Apple, cut in bite size pieces

• Pecan Halves, roasted & salted

• Honey Roasted Cashews or Pistachios
