Ingredients

1 ½ lbs Bulk Pork Sausage, regular or spicy

1 Medium Green Pepper, finely chopped

1 Medium Sweet Onion, finely chopped

1 Can Homestyle Beans

1 Can Light Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed

1 Can Great Northern Beans, drained and rinsed
-
1 Can Pinto Beans, drained and rinsed
-
1 Can Garbanzo Beans, drained and rinsed

1 Can Black-eyed Peas, drained and rinsed
-
1 ½ Cups Ketchup

¾ Cup Brown Sugar, packed

2 tsp Ground Mustard
Directions
In a large skillet, brown sausage over medium heat until all the pink is gone. Drain the sausage, return to the skillet.
Add green pepper and onion, sautéing for 3-5 minutes.
In a large bowl add all beans, black-eyed peas, ketchup, brown sugar and mustard; Stir all together, add sausage mixture, stir well.
Pour into a 9x13 baking dish, cover and bake at 325° for one hour, uncover and bake another 20-30 minutes more.
