Buffalo Chicken Dip!

Ingredients

8oz WC Cream Cheese, softened

½ Cup Buffalo Sauce

⅓ Cup WC Ranch Dressing

2 Cups Cooked Chicken

⅓ Cup Blue Cheese Crumbles

2 Cups WC Sharp Cheddar, shredded

4 Green Onions, thinly sliced
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce and ranch dressing; stir in cooked chicken, blue cheese, 1 cup of cheddar cheese and 1/2 of the green onions.
Put into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, spread evenly, top with remaining cheddar cheese.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, until the edges are bubbly.
Remove from the oven, let stand for 5 minutes, sprinkle remaining green onions on top.
Serve with tortilla chips and veggies.

Not a blue cheese fan? Replace with equal amount of additional Ranch Dressing!
