4 c Cooked Fajita Chicken, chopped

2 c Mexican crema or sour cream

8 oz Cream Cheese, softened

2 c Corn, fresh, frozen, or drained canned

1 c Cotija Cheese (or Feta Cheese)

1 c Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded

1 tsp Chili Powder

Juice of 1 lime
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x13 baking dish
In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, crema (or sour cream), chili powder, and lime juice until smooth.
Stir in the fajita chicken, corn, cotija cheese (or feta cheese), and Monterey Jack cheese.
Spread mixture into your greased baking dish
Bake for 25-30 minutes until hot and bubbly
