Ingredients

  • 1 8oz Cream Cheese, softened

  • 1 Cup White Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded

  • 1 Cup Dried Cranberries, rough chopped, divided

  • 1 Cup Roasted & Salted Pecans, chopped, divided

  • 1 9oz Jar WCF Christmas Jam

  • ¼ Cup Chives or Green Onions, chopped (optional)

Directions

  1. Mix cream cheese, white cheddar cheese, Christmas jam, and green onions together on low speed with a hand mixer.

  2. Stir in half of the cranberries and pecans, mix well.

  3. Place in a shallow decorative pie plate or dish, top with remaining cranberries and pecans.

  4. Chill 1 hour, serve with crackers or shortbread cookies.
