Ingredients

  • 1½ lb Ground Beef

  • ¾ Cup Quick Oats

  • 1 Onion, chopped

  • 1 Egg, slightly beaten

  • 1½ tsp Salt

  • ½ tsp Pepper

  • 1 18oz Jar WC Meatloaf Sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Mix together beef, quick oats, onion, egg, salt, pepper, and 1/2 cup of the Meatloaf Sauce.

  3. Form mixture into a loaf and place it in a shallow pan.

  4. Pour the rest of the jar of Meatloaf Sauce over the meatloaf and bake for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees, basting occasionally with the pan juices.
