Ingredients

2 lbs Ground Beef

1 large Onion, diced

1 tsp Garlic Powder
-
1 tsp Black Pepper
-
1 tsp Salt

1 - 10.5oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup

1 c Sour Cream
-
1 Ranch Seasoning Mix Packet

2 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided

1 bag (30-32oz) Frozen diced Hash Brown Potatoes, thawed

2 Green Onion, sliced
Optional Add-Ins

1 can Corn, drained

1 can Ranch-Style Beans

8 oz Mushrooms, sauteed

1 c Frozen Mixed Vegetables
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x13 baking dish
Brown ground beef and onion together with garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Drain excess grease
In a large bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and 1 ½ c cheddar cheese.
Stir in hash browns and cooked beef mixture
Spread into greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and bacon
Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes, until bubbly and golden
Sprinkle with green onions before serving
