Ingredients

1 bag (20-24oz) Frozen Italian Meatballs, thawed slightly

1 lb Velveeta, cubed

1 c Marinara Sauce

½ c Sour Cream

½ tsp Garlic Powder
-
½ tsp Italian Seasoning

½ c Shredded Mozzarella, for topping (optional)
Directions
Cut meatballs into halves or quarters (makes it scoopable).
In a baking dish or slow cooker, combine marinara, sour cream, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir in meatballs and Velveeta cubes.
Cook in a 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through. Or, cook in a slow cooker on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
Stir until smooth and creamy. Top with mozzarella if you want it extra cheesy
