Creamy Meatball Marinara Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (20-24oz) Frozen Italian Meatballs, thawed slightly

  • 1 lb Velveeta, cubed

  • 1 c Marinara Sauce

  • ½ c Sour Cream

  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder

  • ½ tsp Italian Seasoning

  • ½ c Shredded Mozzarella, for topping (optional)

Directions

  1. Cut meatballs into halves or quarters (makes it scoopable).

  2. In a baking dish or slow cooker, combine marinara, sour cream, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir in meatballs and Velveeta cubes.

  3. Cook in a 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through. Or, cook in a slow cooker on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
