Made with our very own Walnut Creek shredded all-white chicken, this slow-cooked sandwich is packed with flavor thanks to sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil, Parmesan cheese, and creamy Alfredo sauce.
It’s the perfect recipe for busy weeknights, weekend gatherings, or even an easy make-ahead meal. Just toss everything into the crockpot (except the buns!), let it cook low and slow for a few hours, and serve it up hot on a soft hamburger bun.

Ingredients

3 lb. WC Shredded All-White Chicken

1 ½ C Alfredo Sauce

¼ C Fresh Basil, Chopped

¼ C Onion, Diced

1 tsp Garlic Powder

¼ C Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Chopped (Drain & Rinse if they are in Oil)

½ C Parmesan Cheese
-
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Hamburger Buns
Directions
Place all ingredients (except buns) in a crockpot and stir to combine.
Cook on low 2-3 hours.
Place cooked chicken on a hamburger bun, top with more sun-dried tomatoes and parmesan.
