Ingredients

8 Cups Cooked Potatoes, diced

1 Cup Mayonnaise

½ Cup Water
-
1 Cup Potato Salad Mix
-
3 - 6 Hard Boiled Eggs, peeled or diced (optional)
Directions
Cook/peel/dice the potatoes.
Let cool.
Mix water, mayonnaise and potato salad mix until smooth.
Fold eggs and potatoes into the dressing.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
