This creamy Fajita Queso Dip is loaded with seasoned chicken, sautéed peppers, and melty cheese — all with a Tex-Mex twist! A perfect crowd-pleaser for parties, game nights, or cozy weekends at home. Serve warm with tortilla chips and watch it disappear!

Fajita Queso Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 TB - WC butter

  • 2/3 c. Green Pepper, chopped

  • 2/3 c. Sweet Onion, Chopped

  • 2 c. - WC Fajita Chicken Strips (roughly chopped)

  • 2 tsp - Fajita Seasoning Mix

  • 1 lb. (16 oz.)  WC Meltz Cheesy (cut into chunks) 

  • 1 can Ro-Tel Tomatoes & Green Chilies

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat, add onion and green pepper; cook 3-5 minutes or until tender. 

  2. Add chicken & fajita seasoning, stir for another minute.  

  3. Turn heat to low and add Meltz cheesy, stir until melted, add Ro-Tel tomatoes.  Continue to stir until all ingredients are combined and heated thoroughly

  4. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
