Chicken Salad

• 3 Cups Chicken, grilled & finely chopped

• 1/4 Cup Sliced or Slivered Almonds

• 1/2 Cup Celery, chopped

• 1/2 Cup Pecans, roasted & salted

• 1/4 Cup Green Grapes, cut in half

• 1/4 Cup Red Grapes, cut in half

Dressing

• 1 Cup Mayonnaise

• 2 Tbsp Vinegar

• 3 Tbsp Sugar

• 1/3 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream

• Pinch of Nutmeg
