Ingredients

2 ½ lb WC Ham Loaf

2 Eggs, beaten

1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs or Crushed Graham Crackers

½ Cup Chopped Onions

1 Jar WC Apple Butter BBQ Sauce
Directions
Mix Ham Loaf, Eggs, Bread Crumbs or Graham Crackers, and Chopped Onions.
Place in a loaf pan and bake for one hour at 350°.
Spread WC Apple Butter BBQ over ham loaf and bake for another 20 minutes.
If making Ham Balls, shape into balls and bake at 350° for 45 minutes on a greased cookie sheet. Put in crockpot and add sweet chili sauce or any sauce of your choice.
