Ingredients

  • 1 lb Sausage

  • 1 8oz Cream Cheese

  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese

  • 22 Jalapeños

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Brown sausage and drain.

  3. Mix cream cheese & parmesan cheese.

  4. Stir in sausage.

  5. Slice jalapeños length wise and seed.

  6. Put 1 T. of sausage mixture in each half of jalapeños.

  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
