Sometimes you just need the comfort of a classic dish without spending hours in the kitchen. That’s where Lazy Day Cabbage Rolls come in! This hearty bake gives you all the savory flavors of traditional cabbage rolls—ground beef, tomatoes, tender cabbage, and rice—without the fuss of rolling and wrapping each one. It’s the perfect dish for busy weeknights, cozy Sunday dinners, or when you’re craving something filling and comforting.
This recipe makes great use of Walnut Creek Tomato Soup (available in-store) for a rich, flavorful sauce. You can also add a sprinkle of shredded cheese during the last half hour of baking for an extra layer of goodness.
