Lee Ann's Strawberry Fruit Pizza

Ingredients

    • 1-1/2 cup Powdered Sugar

    • ½ cup Butter

    • ½ cup Margarine

    • 1 Egg

    • 1 tsp. Almond Flavoring

    • ½ teaspoon Salt

    • 2-1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour

    • 1 teaspoon Cream of Tartar

    • 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened

    • ½ cup Powdered Sugar

    • 8oz. Cool Whip*

    • ½ - 1 quart Strawberries, washed & sliced

    • ¾ cup Strawberry Pie Glaze

    Directions

      1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prep a 11x14 jelly roll pan or 2 small pizza pans.

      2. Combine all ingredients together

      3. Bake approximately for 17-20 minutes. Careful- do not overbake!

      1. Combine cream cheese and sugar and beat until creamy.

      2. Fold in or beat in cool whip.

      3. Spread on top of cooled crust.

      1. Combine strawberries and glaze and gently spoon over cream topping.

      2. Serve & Enjoy!
