Ingredients

8 Small/Medium Sweet Potatoes - peeled, cooked, & mashed

⅓ c Sugar

2 Eggs - beaten
-
1 T Vanilla
-
⅓ c Butter - softened or melted
-
1/8 tsp Salt
Topping
-
1 c Brown Sugar
-
⅓ c Flour
-
⅓ c Butter - cold
-
1 c Chopped Walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 1 ½ - 2 qt baking dish
Combine & beat together sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla, butter, & salt
Pour into greased baking dish
Combine brown sugar & flour. Cut in cold butter
Stir in nuts. Spoon onto sweet potato mixture
Bake for 1 hour or until top is bubbly
