These Nutter Butter Bars are a peanut butter lover’s dream! đŸ„œ With a buttery cookie crust, creamy filling, and crunchy candy topping, they’re the perfect sweet treat for any occasion.

Nutter Butter Bars

Ingredients

    • 32 Nutter Butter cookies, approx. 4 c. crumbs

    • 1/2 c. Melted butter
    • 2 T. Brown sugar
    • 1/4 tsp. Salt

    • 1 - 14 oz. can WC Sweetened condensed milk

    • 1/4 c. Creamy WC peanut butter

    • 1 c. Peanut butter chips

    • 3/4 c. Reeses Pieces candy
    • 1/2 c. Roasted peanuts

    • 12 Nutter Butter cookies, chopped

    • Flaky sea salt, optional

    • 2 T. Creamy WC peanut butter

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x13” pan with parchment paper.

    1. Crush 32 Nutter Butter cookies into 4 c. of fine crumbs with a food processor, blender, or ziptop bag and rolling pin.

    2. Stir the cookie crumbs, brown sugar, and salt together in a large bowl.

    3. Add the melted butter and stir well.

    4. Use a glass or flat-bottomed measuring cup to press the crumbs into the prepared pan.

    1. Melt the peanut butter in a medium microwave-safe bowl for about 30 seconds.

    2. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until combined. Assemble the Nutter Butter bars.

    3. Sprinkle the peanut butter chips and peanuts on top of the crust.

    4. Pour the peanut butter condensed milk mixture on top.

    5. Add the chopped Nutter Butters and Reeses Pieces. Use a spatula or fork to gently press the toppings into the condensed milk mixture so everything adheres. If desired, sprinkle with flaky sea salt.

    6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

    7. Place on a wire rack to cool. Chill in the refrigerator.

    8. To serve, melt 2 T. of peanut butter in the microwave and drizzle on top of the bars.
