Old School Ambrosia Salad

Ingredients

1 20oz Can Pineapple Tidbits (or crushed), drained

1 16oz Jar Maraschino Cherries, drained

1 11-15oz Can Mandarin Oranges, drained

1 Cup Sweetened Shredded Coconut

1 Cup Mini Marshmallows

1 Cup Salted Roasted Pecan Halves

1 8oz Whipped Topping

1 Cup Sour Cream

1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
In a large colander, drain pineapple, cherries and oranges. Let sit for 5 - 7 minutes so they are well drained.
In a large bowl add sour cream and vanilla extract, combine until smooth, slowly stir in whipped topping. Fold in the fruit, coconut, marshmallows and pecans gently.
Chill for 2 hours, serve and enjoy!
