Ingredients

  • 1 Large Jar WC Sauerkraut, drained and rinsed

  • 1 Green Pepper, finely chopped

  • 1 Medium Onion, finely chopped

  • 1 cup Celery, finely chopped

  • 1 4oz Jar Pimentos, finely chopped

  • 1 ½ cup White Sugar

  • ½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar

  • ½ cup Vegetable Oil

Directions

  1. Mix all Salad ingredients together

  2. Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over Sauerkraut mixture

  3. Mix thoroughly, put in a container and refrigerate overnight before serving
