Ingredients
- 1 can Corn, do not drain
- 1 can Creamed corn
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 pt. Sour cream
- 1 pkg. Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
- 2 Eggs, beaten
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix all ingredients together
- Pour into a 2 qt baking dish
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, stir 2-3 times while baking
