Smoked Cheddar, Chicken, and Potato Casserole

Ingredients

1 10oz can Cream of Chicken with Herb Soup

8oz WC Sour Cream
-
1 ½ cup WC Smoked Cheddar Cheese, shredded

1 20oz pkg Frozen Potatoes w/ Onions & Peppers

1lb WC Frozen Shredded Chicken

1 cup Crushed Croutons
-
¼ cup WC Butter, melted
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Lightly spray a 9 x 13 pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine soup, sour cream, and smoked cheddar cheese.
Add chicken and potatoes, stir well.
Pour into 9 x 13 pan.
Spread crushed croutons over the top and drizzle with melted butter.
Cover and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 15 minutes.
Recipe Note
*If you can’t find cream of chicken with herb soup, you can use regular cream of chicken soup and add 1 tsp. basil, 1 tsp. oregano, and 1 tsp. parsley.
