Creamy squash, shredded carrots, and onions baked with a buttery herb stuffing topping — this Squash Casserole is fall comfort food at its best! 🍂🧈 Easy to make, full of flavor, and perfect for any cozy dinner or holiday gathering.
Ingredients

4 -5 Cups Yellow Summer Squash, cut into small cubes

1 Can WC Cream of Chicken Soup

½ Cup Carrots, shredded

½ Cup Onions, finely chopped

1 Cup WC Sour Cream

1 Stick WC Butter, melted

1 Box Herb Stuffing Mix
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees & grease a 9x13 pan
Mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl except butter and stuffing.
Melt butter in a separate bowl and stir in the stuffing mix.
Put a little stuffing mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 pan, add squash mixture, top with the rest of the stuffing.
Bake for 30-45 minutes.
