Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 -5 Cups Yellow Summer Squash, cut into small cubes

  • 1 Can WC Cream of Chicken Soup

  • ½ Cup Carrots, shredded

  • ½ Cup Onions, finely chopped

  • 1 Cup WC Sour Cream

  • 1 Stick WC Butter, melted

  • 1 Box Herb Stuffing Mix

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees & grease a 9x13 pan

  2. Mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl except butter and stuffing.

  3. Melt butter in a separate bowl and stir in the stuffing mix.

  4. Put a little stuffing mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 pan, add squash mixture, top with the rest of the stuffing.

  5. Bake for 30-45 minutes.
