A simple layered dessert with fresh strawberries, creamy cheesecake, and buttery cake topping.
Ingredients

2 ½ Cups WC Strawberry Pie Filling

2 Cups Fresh Strawberries, Coarsely Chopped

8oz Cream Cheese
-
1 Lg Egg
-
½ Cup White Sugar

1 Tbsp WC Pure Vanilla

1 Box Vanilla or French Vanilla Cake Mix

2/3 Cup Butter, Cold

2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.
In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese, egg, white sugar and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, combine strawberry pie filling with fresh strawberries and gently stir. Spread mixture into the 9x13 pan spreading evenly across the pan.
Spoon cream cheese mixture over strawberries, don’t mix in.
Sprinkle cake mix evenly over previous layers, don’t mix in: sprinkle brown sugar over cake mix.
Grate the cold butter evenly over the entire surface.
Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown and bubbly, about 40-50 minutes.
Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
