Tomato Basil Tortellini Soup

Directions

1. Dump all ingredients into a pot.

2. Over medium heat, bring to a boil.

3. Turn heat on low and simmer for 15 - 20 minutes.

4. Add more milk if desired.

5. Garnish with shredded cheddar cheese.

6. Serve with a salad and garlic toast.
