Creamy ranch roll-ups loaded with WCF Pepper Bacon, fresh vegetables, Gouda, and Pepper Jack cheese 🌯 A make-ahead appetizer that's perfect for parties, gatherings, and feeding a crowd ✨
Ingredients

1 lb WCF Pepper Bacon, sliced in bite size pieces

8 oz Cream Cheese

16 oz Sour Cream
-
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix

7-8 large Flour Tortillas
-
1 cup Cauliflower, chopped fine

1 cup Broccoli, chopped fine

3 TB Red Onion, chopped fine

1 heaping TB Jalapeno, minced

2 TB Fresh Chives, chopped

1 cup Gouda Cheese, shredded

1 cup Pepper Jack, shredded

½ tsp Garlic Powder

Pinch of an all purpose seasoning

Splash of Hot Sauce
Directions
Chop your bacon - Freeze bacon for 15 minutes for easier chopping. Fry & drain bacon
With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, sour cream, & dip mix
Add in red onion & jalapeno and blend well
Fold in all remaining ingredients
Spread each tortilla with about ¾ cup of the mixture. Stay about ½ in from the edges
Roll up & refrigerate for several hours. Then slice & serve
