Ingredients
-
1 ½ Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
-
1 Cup Roasted & Salted Pecan Pieces, chopped
-
¾ Cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
-
¾ Cup Butterscotch Chips
-
1 ⅓ Cup Sweetened Shredded of Flake Coconut
-
½ Cup Butter, melted
-
1 14oz Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
-
Flaky Sea Salt (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x13” baking pan with parchment paper and spray lightly with baking spray.
In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, stirring together until moistened. Pour crumb mixture into prepared 9x13” pan, press the mixture into an even layer on the bottom of the pan.
Spread chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, pecan pieces and shredded coconut over the crust. Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk over the surface, covering entirely.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until the edges and coconut flakes are golden brown.
Top with flaky salt and allow to cool completely in the pan before cutting the bars. These are very sweet so cut into small squares.
Recipe Note
*Options: Toast the pecans before baking.
Use dulce de leche instead of sweetened condensed milk. (warm dulce de leche for easier spreading) Dulce de leche gives the bars a more caramel flavor.
Instead of graham cracker crumbs, use gingersnaps or vanilla wafers.
Change out the chips; use peanut butter, dark chocolate, or your favorite kind of chips.
