Bring water and salt to a boil, Stir in 7-Grain Cereal. Cook about 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. For Creamier Cereal: Combine water, cereal and salt then bring to a boil.
Microwave Directions for 1 serving:
Microwave water and salt on HIGH in bowl for 2⅓ minutes. Stir in 7-Grain Cereal, microwave on HIGH 2-3 minutes, and stir. For Creamier Cereal: Combine water, cereal and salt then microwave.
