Directions: Place 1⅓ cups cold water in bowl then add 1 lb mix. Blend with a wire whip 1 minute on low speed. Scrape sides and bottom of bowl. Whip on high speed to a soft peak (approx. 4-5 minutes). Pour batter into ungreased 10" angel food pan or spread into a sheet pan with parchment liner. Bake 35 min at 350˚F. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Remove from oven, invert and let cool completely.
