Directions: 2½ lb Mix ¾ Cup Butter or Margarine 3 Eggs
Mix egg, butter or margarine (softened) and mix on low speed until stiff. Drop by tablespoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet 3-4 inches apart. Bake at 375˚F for 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool 1-2 minutes before removing from cookie sheet. Makes 72 cookies.
