Directions: 1 lb Pie Crust Mix ¼ cup + 2 Tbsp Water
Place ¾ of water and pie crust mix in a mixing bowl. Mix on low speed for 15-20 seconds. Add the rest of the water until dough is just firm enough to handle (approximately 30 seconds). Roll on lightly floured surface. Bake 450˚F for 6-8 minutes. For fruit pies pre-bake bottom crust for several minutes prior to filling and adding top crust.
